Corbett National Park
In the foothills of the Himalaya lies Corbett National Park, the oldest wildlife reserve. Noted for tiger, elephant, leopard, and marsh crocodile. Corbett boasts of 580 species of birds.
Day 1
From Delhi, driven to 260kms/ 5 hours 30 mins to Corbett (or travel by night sleeper to Kathgodam followed by 70kms drive). Stay at Corbett Hideaway, spread over an area of 13 acres concealed in the thick of a mango grove, where in season, the mangoes hang ripe and luscious right against the door.
Or, if you are interested in Mahseer fishing, stay at Riverine Woods (previously known as Van Ghat River Lodge) in the wilderness, surrounded by the RamgangaRiver, ghats and a Tiger Reserve.
Day 2
Morning and Afternoon Game Drives (or fishing) with naturalists.
Stay a second night at at your chosen camp.
Day 3
Morning and Afternoon Game Drives (or fishing) with naturalists.
Stay a third night at your chosen camp.
Day 4
Driven to Delhi.
End of Tour.
